Military Chief Commander of VCMH inspects military marching parade practice

(LPAN) On December 10, 2018, Military Chief Commander of Vientiane Capital Military Headquarters (VCMH), Col. Sy Thavyxay, inspected military marching parade practice at Sangthong District Military Headquarters, Border Military Company 241and Battalion 511 under VCMH to mark the forthcoming 70th Anniversary of the Lao People’s Army Founding Day and 43rd Anniversary of Vientiane Capital Military Headquarters Founding Day.
This occasion, party-command committee of each unit briefly reported about the progress of military marching parade practice which has been conducted since mid November to get ready to perform in commemoration of the two historical days.
Then, Col. Sy Thavyxay inspected the real military marching parade practice on the field. He also gave guidance to all party-command committees in charge of each parade group to increase their responsibilities in marching parade practice to show the strength of our army through building and improving over the past 70 years.
