Division 4 Completes General Staff Training to Boost Modernization

(LPAN) On July 30, 2026, the Division 4 completed short-term training program focused on general staff operations aimed at modernizing command structures and military readiness. chaired by Col. Khemphone Moonthadee, Chief Military Commander of Division 4, with the participation of the Party Committee and the Brigade Command, 5 organizations, divisions, Regiment 401 and 402, the training center, battalions, independent platoons, and trainees taking part in.
Lt. Col. Phengxavat Dengmanee, Deputy Head General Staff Office of Division 4, presented the course summary, stating that the program aligns with directives from the Chief of the General Staff Department. A total of 92 officers completed 2 day course. The training aims to enhance command capability in combat preparation and control personnel throughout the Division 4 with the theory and principles of General staff operations in organizing and conducting combat operations in order to meet political duties in the short and long term.
