Political-Military training conducted for Paksong District Reserved Force

(LPAN) On August 4, 2026, the Paksong District Military Headquarters, Champasak Province, conducted 16 day political-military training in 5 Subdistrict for Paksong District Reserved Forces. Honorably taking part in the opening ceremony were Military Chief Commander of Champasack Provicial Military Headquarters, Brig. Gen. Wirathu Volichit, Provincial Party Committee Member, District Party Secretary, Chairman of the Paksong District Police and Military Police Committee, Bounlith Thepbounsung and there were Party-Command Committee of Paksong District Military Headquarters, concerning officers, trainers and trainees taking place. “The training aims to provide knowledge and competence to local district military reserved personnel to have breakthrough revolutionary ideology against all tricks of peaceful change of enemy and understand both theory and practice about military art and military tactics, a total of village reserved forces 663 Officers.” according to Military Chief Commander of Parksong District Military Headquarters, Lt. Col. Khamla Duangmala. Giving guidance to the committee in charge of training, Brig. Gen. Wirathu Volichit called for trainers to put all effort in transferring knowledge of military and politics to military reserved personnel by strictly implementing resolutions and orders of higher leadership to effectively achieve the expecting goals. In addition, it also aims to instill in the village reserved forces a sense of patriotism, knowledge of the principles of organization, and their rights and duties in carrying out their actual duties.
