Law Dissemination Conducted to military personnel in BPMH

(LPAN) On August 6, 2026, the Bokeo Provincial Military Headquarters (BPMH) organized a Law dissemination of the regulations of the Lao People's Army (newly revised version), The event was chaired by Col. Oudomxay Phompanya, Head Political Office of the Bokeo Provincial Military Headquarters, with the participation of Party committees, commanding officers, and military personnel.
The objective of this dissemination was to enhance legal awareness and compliance among officers and enlisted personnel, encouraging them to strictly adhere to state regulations and military discipline in their daily lives. This initiative aims to prevent misconduct and potential issues within military units both in the short and long term.
The regulations are intended to contribute to the unified organisation and development of the military force, strengthen the command’s overall capacity to fulfil its assigned duties, and provide direction for building a disciplined, capable and modern military unit.
