Vientiane State Fuel Enterprise Announces New Appointments

(LPAN) On August 14, 2026, the ceremony to announce the appointment of new department deputy heads at the Vientiane State Fuel Enterprise. The event was presided over by Brig. Gen. Tibet Siphengkhoun, Head of the Political Office under the General Logistic Department, with the participation of the Party Committee - the Board of Directors, departments and key personnel in attendance. The newly appointed officers include: Maj. Aikham Saenjonghak: Vice Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, Capt. Xivanat Sivixay: Vice Head of the Planning and Marketing Department and Capt. Phouthachan Saengphachan: Vice Head of the Fuel Department.
