PPMH Handover Head Political Office Position

(LPAN) On August 13, 2026, the Phongsaly Provincial Military Headquarters (PPMH) held an official handover ceremony for the Head of Political Office. The ceremony was Chaired by Brig. Gen. Xiengpheng Bualavong, Political Chief commander of PPMH, with the participation of the Party Committee, the command committee, the office, the department and relevant departments taking part in.
In this ceremony, Lt. Col. Bounpheng Sengsouly (new) and Col. Somchanh Lodsouly (old) incumbents signed a memorandum as evidence between them. This occasion Brig. Gen. Xiengpheng commended the outgoing head for his dedicated service. He urged the incoming head to enhance leadership capabilities, solidify internal unity, and continue strengthening political and ideological work to ensure the unit's ongoing development and successful execution of its duties.
