Newly appointed leadership Commanders of Division 3 announced

(LPAN) On March 18, 2021, there was a ceremony to announce newly appointed leadership Commanders of Division 3 to keep on carrying out of the glory defence mission assigned. The ceremony was under the chairman ship of Director General of the General Political Department, Lt. Gen. Thongloy Silivong, and there were Party-Command Committees, Representatives from Departments, Offices and Units around the division taking part in.
According to the Decree of the Prime Minister and Decision of Minister of Defence announced at the ceremony by Director of Military Officers Department, Brig. Gen. Phoumy Dalaphet, Col. Soryan Lor-insone has been appointed as Political Chief Commander, Col. Bounlay Oudomhoun has been appointed as Chief of Political Office, Lt. Col. Khamtanh Sengma has been appointed as Chief of Division 3 Office, Lt. Col. Chomechay Xaiphavong has been appointed as Political Chief Commander of Regiment 302 of Division 3 respectively.
Giving guidance to the newly appointed leadership commanders, Lt. Gen. Thongloy Silivong, urged them to pay attention in upholding their high responsibilities to guide and command officers to strengthen their solidarity in implementation of building up the Lao People’ Army towards strength and modernization.
