Military School 303 Reviews Comprehensive Performance for First Half of 2026

(LPAN)On July 8, 2026, the Military School 303 held a meeting to review its comprehensive performance during the first six months of the year and to outline the strategic plan for the remaining half of 2026. The meeting was chaired by Brig. Gen. Bouakham Samavong, Political Chief Commander of the General Staff Department and attended by Col. Khamseng Keoduangdy, Deputy Director of Department 49, along with representatives from the Policy Division, Party Organization Division, and Youth Division of the Political Office, the Party- Command Committee, Command Staff, and military personnel.
According to a brief summary reported at the meeting, military personnel under the guidance of Party-Command Committee of School 303 had paid attention to implement their mission with high responsibility focusing on implementation of four breakthroughs, in educating political ideology, improving military art and skill to fulfill all of their political missions over the past year. The party – command committee members have applied 5 standards for building up cultural personnel and cultural military units as well as 5 standards for building up a strong unit and comprehensive leadership party unit along with implementation of 4 major work plans and 26 projects issued by Defence Ministry Party Committee.
During the meeting, attendees actively contributed feedback on the performance report and future action plans to ensure they align with the unit's actual conditions. On the same occasion, official leadership appointments were announced, and Labor Medals, Labor Badges, and Government Certificates of Commendation were awarded to outstanding personnel for their exemplary contributions over the past five years. These awards serve to honor their merits and motivate all personnel to continue discharging their duties with a high sense of responsibility, contributing to building a strong, modern, and disciplined military capable of effectively fulfilling its national defense mission.
