LPAN Introduced Law Dissemination 12th Party Congress Resolution to Personnel Officers

(LPAN) On August 11, 2026, The Lao People’s Army Newspaper (LPAN) organized a dissemination meeting to study and implement the Resolution of the 12th National Congress of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and guidelines on enforcing the 12th Party Statutes to personnel officers. The event was chaired by Col. Vanheuang Sivilai, Chief Editor of the Lao People's Army Newspaper, with the attendance of party-command committees and military personnel.
During the event, Col. Vanheuang Sivilai outlined the directions for studying, grasping, and translating the 12th National Party Congress Resolution into action. Then, Lt. Col. Aphai Aphaiyavong, Deputy Chief Editor, presented the detailed instructions regarding the implementation of the regulations of the 12th Lao People's Revolutionary Party.
The main objective of the dissemination is to effectively fulfill the Directive of the Central Committee Secretariat on mastering and applying the Congress decisions. The effort aims to build a unified understanding across all target groups, align implementation with practical conditions, and drive strong, profound, and comprehensive transformations among personnel at both central and local levels empowering them to translate Party policies into concrete outcomes.
