The new season is just four days away so there’s never been a better time to play Dream Team 2022/23!
The UK and Ireland’s best fantasy football game is back and better than ever and with spirits high after the Lionesses triumph, why not immersive yourself in the beautiful game in every way possible?
There’s £100,000 in prize money up for grabs in Dream Team once again and this season we’re introducing monthly prizes, starting with a PlayStation 5 for the gaffer who racks up the most points in August!
Season game managers will have a £50million budget to select eleven players who will score points via goals, assists, 7+ match ratings, Star Man awards, and clean sheets (goalkeepers and defenders only).
However, players are also subject to minus points for yellow cards, red cards, missed penalties, and for every goal they concede after the first in each game (keepers and defenders only).
Our player ratings, and by extension Star Man awards, will once again be provided by Who Scored, who use a stats-based algorithm to ensure complete objectivity.
Players are eligible to score points in the Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, Europa Conference League, Europa League and Champions League.
Managers are given five transfers per month to make any necessary changes as the drama unfolds.
This allotment should allow you react to injuries, suspensions and fluctuations in form.
And because this season is unique in the sense it will be interrupted by a World Cup, all managers will have access to unlimited transfers while the tournament in Qatar takes place.
