Lecture held at LPMH to memorize 21st Anniversary of Veterans’ Union Establishment Day

(LPAN) A lecture to memorize the 15th Anniversary of Veterans’ Union Establishment Day was held at Louangnamtha Provincial Military Headquarters (LPMH) on September 12, 2023. Taking part in listening to the lecture were party command committees and prominent military officers.
The Political Chief Commander of LPMH, Col. Houmphan Koevanglath, had given the lecture saying, “Lao National Veterans’ Union Establishment is the historical milestone for our nation to uphold the roles of Lao veterans in contributing into safeguarding and constructing the new regime.”
“In order to inherit good traditions of the Lao veterans, I would like to urge all levels of the Party-Command Committees to pay attention in maintaining internal unity along with building up our Veterans’ Union to be a respectful union and fulfill its honorable duty and dignity,’’ he added.
