19th Military Non-commission Training conducts at Local Military School of Khammouan Province

(LAPN) On October 16, 2023, Local Military school of Khammouan Province conducted the 19th Military Non-commission Training students. The opening ceremony was under the chairmanship of Political Chief Commander of Khammouan Provincial Military Headquarters, Brig. Gen. Somkan Uphason, and there were representatives from five offices, School Director Board, instructors, students and invited guests taking part in. According to Military Chief Commander of Local Military School, Lt. Col. Xaysana Somsacksy, main subjects taught include political ideology, martial art and military tactics, which there were students from main force and local force in the country taking part in. Giving guidance to all levels of party-command committees involved, Brig. Gen. Somkan Uphason emphasized them to pay attention in improving educational standard quality, and urged all teachers to apply modern technology into their teaching and training mission to ensure the qualified standard.
