Deputy Minister of Defence receives Republic of Korean Military Attache to Laos

(LPAN) On July 22, 2024, Maj. Gen. Saychay Khoummasith, Deputy Ministry of Defence, received Col. Vang Insoon, Head Office of Republic of Korean Military Attaché to Laos in order to say farewell, , on the occasion of expiry length in his diplomatic mission in Laos. During the talk, Maj. Gen. Saychay Khoummasith highly valued the successfully diplomatic mission that Col. Vang Insoon has done over the past years which contributed into strengthening fruitful cooperation and friendly relations between Laos and Japan particularly the two armies. Col. Vang Insoon also expressed his sincere thanks to Maj. Gen. Saychay Khoummasith in facilitating him to successfully implement the diplomatic mission to bring closely relation and good cooperation between the two armies Republic of Korea and Laos.
