Deputy Minister of Defence receives Deputy Minister Defence of Japan

(LPAN) On September 18, 2024, Lt. Gen. Vongkham Phoumakonh, Deputy Minister of Defence received Mr. Nakajima Koijiro, Deputy Minister Defence of Japan. The visit aims to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries particularly two armies Laos- Japan. This occasion, Lt. Gen. Vongkham Phoumakonh, expressed his warm welcome and highly valued on the accomplishment of progressive cooperation between the two nations and armies, Laos-Japan, over the past years, to which strongly contributed the bilaterally fruitful development cooperation and friendly ties. Mr. Nakajima Koijiro has expressed his gratitude to Deputy Minister of Defence o for giving a warm welcome, as well as informing him the objective to visit to Laos and promised to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation and providing assistance Laos PDR.
