Deputy Director of Grass-root Building Department urges officers to focus on political grass root building

(LPAN) On October 22, 2024Mr. Col. Vanxay Yahongthong, Deputy Director of Grass-root Building Department visited military officers at Pakngum District Military Headquarters.
During his visit. He had briefly reported by the head of political grass root building team about their movement and the progress of rural development projects implementation.
This occasion, Col. Vanxay Yahongthong gave guidance to those officers to pay attendant to do their specific mission of political grass root building as well as rural development project implementation mission as an important task contributing into the national defence and security mission to maintain peace, stability as well as sovereignty and integrity of Lao territory.
“All officers should actively help local authorities and Lao multi-ethnic people to develop their homeland in accordance with the three building missions; to build province as a strategic unit, to build district as comprehensive strong unit and to build village as development unit,” he emphasized.
