(LPAN) On January 28, 2025, Maj. Gen. Krayev Dmitry, representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Defense of the Lao PDR visited and work at the Division1, warmly welcomed by Col. Khamsao Linthakunkeo, Military Chief Commander of the Division1, there were Vehicle-Boat Management Department, Staff Technical Department, External Relation Department, Armored Tanks Department, the party-command Committee of Division, and the relevant Department participates.
