(LPAN) On February 25, 2025, at the Conference Hall of Kongxedone Districts Office, there was a ceremony to announce the establishment of the Company22nd under Kongxedone Districts Military Headquarters and Company 23rd under Lakonpheng Districts Military Headquarters. The ceremony was under the chairmanship of Director of Personnel Department, Brig. Gen. Phetsavang Lavongkham, and there were party committees, concerning officers and military personnel taking place.
According to the announcement Maj. Ot vongphonthong has been appointed as a Political Chief Commander of the company Company 22nd Capt. Liengxay Xaysongkham has been appointed as a Military Chief Commander, Lt. Yuan Lodjana has been appointed as a Deputy Political Chief Commander and Lt. Nout Keomany has been appointed as a Deputy Military Chief Commander of the Company and Maj. Sackdy Vilaysith has been appointed as a Political Chief Commander of the company 23rd Maj. Sonsacksy Boutphavan has been appointed as a Military Chief Commander, Lt. Kongsavath Yomthasomsack has been appointed as a Deputy Political Chief Commander and Lt. Lertvilay Xayyasouk has been appointed as a Deputy Military Chief Commander of the Company.
This occasion, Brig. Gen. Phetsavang Lavongkham urged all levels of party-command committees to pay attention to build model regiment following 3 guided directions and 5 principles of party building up in order to fulfill their tasks of maintaining peace, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity to ease Lao multiethnic people to contribute in safeguarding and constructing the nation to become prosperous country.
