Phongsaly Provincial Military Headquarters’ Top leaders pay tribute to the Unknown Soldier, President Kaysone Phomvihane Memorial

(LPAN) On May7, 2025. The Party Command-Committee of Phongsaly Provincial Military Headquarters led by Brig. Gen. Xiengpheng Boulavong, Political Chief Commander of the Military Headquarters with his entourage laid the wreaths and flower baskets on the Monument to the Unknown Soldier and President Kaysone Phomvihane Memorial, on the occasion of opening the 6th Congress of the Party Command-Committee of Phongsaly Provincial Military Headquarter.
The laying of wreaths and flower baskets on this occasion to show their respect and gratitude to the revolutionary soldiers, officers and combatants, including Lao people of all ethnic groups. Especially, President Kaysone Phomvihane, who sacrificed their lives and blood in the struggle for national liberation. Therefore, leaders at all levels should remember all the teachings and continue to study the guidance of President Kaysone Phomvihane in the Party's direction, in order to continue the mission of protecting and developing the country, according to the Party-State's new direction.
