Deputy Director of GTD visits to give guidance to local military of Xayaboury province

(LPAN) On May 16, 2025, Brig. Gen. Khampeng Boualabath, Deputy Director of the General Technical Department (GTD), visited and gave guidance to Party- Command Committees, officers and combatants in Xayaboury Province Military Headquarters, He was warmly welcomed by Col. Phetlakonh Manychanh and there were Party-Command Committees and officers.
During his visit, Col. Phetlakonh Manychanh had briefly reported of the movement of the local military personnel on their mission over the past years. He also raised the implementation of 4 major work plans and 26 projects issued by the Party Committee of National Defence Ministry. He said that the officers and combatants have strictly followed the party guideline and policy with state laws and regulations and focused on building up strong units and comprehensive leadership party units as many as possible.
This occasion, Brig. Gen. Khampeng Boualabath urged all Party-Command Committees to pay attention in maintaining internal unity along with building friendship and solidarity with local authorities and people and progressively building up strong militia force, and conduct training exercise to upgrade military personnel competency to successfully fulfill their political mission assignment.
