Regiment 703 presents the policy money for the deceased

On September 17, 2025, Regiment 703 presented the policy money for the deceased personnel's families, chaired by Lt. Col. Sengpaseuth Khamphounvong, the Political Chief Commander Department of Regiment 703, with the Party Command- Committee of the Regiment, as well as relevant personnel and the families of the deceased participating. Maj. Bounsamay Phengnanthi, Assistant to the Social Security Department, approved the Ministry of Defense’s resolution to provide financial assistance to the families of two deceased personnel, totaling 239,345,577 kip. Lt.Col. Sengpaseuth Khamphounvong urged the families of the deceased personnel to use this money to build and develop the economy to improve their families’ living conditions.
