(LPAN) On September18, 2025. The Political Office of Division 1appointed the new duties of Deputy Political Chief Commander of Division 1(Director of the Division1's Public Organizations), Deputy Political Chief Commander of Division 1 (Director of the Divisoin1's Justice Organizations), and Head of the Internal Defense Sector (new), Chaired by Col. Bounkhoum Sikhamxay, Political Chief Commander of Divisoin1, with the Party Command-Committee, Departments, participating. In this ceremony. The new and old incumbents signed a memorandum as evidence between them. And the new appointee will continue to lead and supervise.
