Leadership Committee of MND blesses Chinese Defence Attaché to Laos

(LPAN) On October 1, 2025, Leadership Committee of the Ministry National Defence (MND) led by its Deputy Minister of Defence and also Director of the General Staff Department, Major General Saychay Khoumasith took a basket of gift to bless Col. Li Bing, Chinese Defence Attache to Lao PDR on the occasion National Day of the People's Republic of China
This occasion, Major General Saychay Khoumasith said that on behalf of Leadership Committee as well as Military Officers and Combatants entire the army would like to bless Chinese Defence Attache and also passing our fine blessing to all military personnel of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China to have happiness and success and blessing the relations and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations and armies; Laos-China to be strengthened forever.
Then, Col. Li Bing expressed his sincere thanks to Leadership Committee of MND saying that he would put a great effort to keep on strengthening friendly relation between the two nation and armies; China-Laos for mutual benefit as well as the interest of peace and stability in the region and throughout the whole world.
