Political Chief Commander of Division 1 visits military officers in Regiment 102

(LPAN) On October 4, 2023, Brig. Gen. Vongchan Phanthakoumand, Political Chief Commander of Division 1, visited and gave guidance to Party- Command Committees, officers and combatants in Regiment 102, He was warmly welcomed by Lt. Col. Somchan Kongxaysone, Political Chief Commander of Regiment 102 and there were Party-Command Committees and officers.
During his visit, Lt. Col. Somchan Kongxaysone had briefly reported of the movement of the local military personnel on their mission over the past years. He also raised the implementation of 4 major work plans and 26 projects issued by the Party Committee of National Defence Ministry. He said that the officers and combatants have strictly followed the party guideline and policy with state laws and regulations and focused on building up strong units and comprehensive leadership party units as many as possible.
This occasion, Brig. Gen. Brig. Gen. Vongchan Phanthakoumand urged all Party-Command Committees to pay attention in maintaining internal unity along with building friendship and solidarity with local authorities and people and progressively building up strong militia force, and conduct training exercise to upgrade military personnel competency to successfully fulfill their political mission assignment.
