Battalion 791reviews its annual work implementation

(LPAN) On January 5, 2024, Battalion 791 under Regiment 279 held a meeting to review its annual work implementation accomplishment in 2023 and approved a further year plan. The meeting was under the chairmanship of Lt. Col. Houmpanh Thipavan, of Technic Section of Regiment 279, and there were party- command committees, officers and combatants entire battalion taking part in.
According to a brief summary reported at the meeting, military personnel under the guidance of Party-Command Committee of Battalion 791 had paid attention to implement their mission with high responsibility focusing on implementation of four breakthroughs, in educating political ideology, improving military art and skill to fulfill all of their political missions over the past year. The party – command committee members have applied 5 standards for building up cultural personnel and cultural military units as well as 5 standards for building up strong units and comprehensive leadership party units along with implementation of four major work plans and 26 projects issued by Defence Ministry Party Committee. In addition to political mission, officers and combatants also paid attention to do agricultural production in accordance with self-sufficient policy.
