Party-Command Committee of VPMH blesses Vietnamese local Military Region 4 Headquarters

(LPAN) On February 4, 2021, Party-Command Committee of Vientiane Provincial Military Headquarters (VPMH) led by its Political Chief Commander, Brig. Gen. Bounphong Bouthavong, take a basket of flowers to bless Vietnamese Local Military Region 4 Headquarters on the occasion of Vietnamese Traditional New Year’s Day. This occasion, Brig. Gen. Bounphong Bouthavong said that on behalf of Leadership Committee as well as Military Officers and Combatants entire the VPMH would like to bless all military personnel of the Vietnamese People’s Army, especially the Military Region 4 to have happiness and success and blessing the special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations and armies; Laos-Vietnam to be strengthened forever.
