33rd Military Non-commission conducts Military Training at Local Military School of Xayabouly Province

(LAPN) On July 25, 2019, Local Military school of Xayabouly Province held a opening ceremony for the 33rd Military Non-commission Training students. The ceremony was under the chairmanship of Military Chief Commander of Xayabouly Provincial Military Headquarters, Brig. Gen. Koud Phoumma, and there were representatives from five offices, School Director Board, instructors, students and invited guests taking part in.
Students attending the course were military personnel from military units around the province, Division 2.
“The training aims to provide knowledge and competence to personnel to have breakthrough revolutionary ideology against all tricks of peaceful change of enemy and understand both theory and practice about rules and 7 regimes 18 daily routines of the army, theory and military art, basic principles of infantry tactics,” according to School Military Chief Commander, Chouangphon Sonmany.
