Chief of Propaganda and Training Department gives guidance on pushing movement in Xaysoumboun Province

(LPAN) On September 17, 2024, Col. Keosouvanh Phangpilavong, Director of Propaganda and Training Department of the General Political Department, gave guidance to party and command committees in Xaysoumboun Provincial Military Headquarters on pushing movement of building cultural units and cultural combatants. He was, there, warmly welcomed by Col. Soutchay Jerbouapheng, Political Chief Commaner of Xaysoumboun Provincial Military Headquarters.
This occasion, Col. Keoouvanh Phangphilavong listened to a report on political and ideological field, culture, literature art and others briefed by Col. Soutchay Jerbouapheng, which he raised a lot of achievement gaining from work plan implementation during the past six months.
After that Col. Keosouvanh Phangpilavong, gave guidance to the party command committees of 4 offices focusing on political and ideological training and educating along with building up strong and cultural units, cultural combatants to welcome important historical days and events in 2025.
