The handing over duties ceremony for the Head of Technical Office of the Military Technical Academy between Col. Viengkhamlar Phengpanya, Deputy Director, Head of the Technical Office of the Military Technical Academy (former) transferred to a new position at the Technical Corps Department and Lt. Col. Chanthavone Sonesuvanxay, Deputy Head of the Technical Office ( Acting as a substitute), was held on January 16, 2025, chaired by Maj. Gen. Sengnuen Ratsamy, Political Head of Military Technical Academy, with the participation of departments, officer and combattant from the entire technical department.
On this occasion, Maj. Gen. Sengyuen Ratsamy expressed his appreciation to the head of the technical Office (retired) led and created many achievements in the past, and emphasized that the acting head should raise his responsibility for his duties, focus all his knowledge, skills and wisdom in implementing and completing the assigned duties well.
