(LPAN) An annual military training was conducted at Savannakhet Provincial Military Headquarters’ Staff Office On June 3, 2025, under chairmanship of Col. Khamsa Hiemchampakham, Deputy Military Chief Commander, and also chief of the Provincial Military Staff Office, there were the party-command committees, Departments, and officer-combatant participated in.
“The training will include 4 parts: politics, military, logistics and techniques, this is to ensure that the training and development activities achieve their objectives and targets.” Lt. Col. Phouvang Kapkesone, Head of the Training Department of the General Staff Office, has passed the training-exercise plan.
Col. Khamsa Hiemchampakham called for the party-command committee in charge of the training course to pay attention in raising the responsibility by strictly following the rules and regulations of our army in order to gain the best accomplishment.
