Minister of Defence receives Vietnamese Defence Attache to Lao PDR

(LPAN) On September 25, 2025, Minister of Defence, Lt. Col. Khamlieng Outhakaysone received the outgoing Defence Attaché of Vietnam to Lao PDR, Col. Pham Hui Tanh, who had expiry length of his diplomatic mission to say farewell. This occasion, Lt. Col. Khamlieng Outhakaysone expressed his thanks to the Defence Attaché of Vietnam for doing his best diplomatic mission over past years which contributing in strengthening the special friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations and armies, Laos-Vietnam and Vietnam-Laos in dept. Then, Col. Pham Hui Tanh expressed his gratitude and sinceree thanks for the good cooperation to strengthen comprehensive cooperation and traditionally special solidarity between the two nations as well as the two armies Vietnam-Laos. Finally, Lt. Col. Khamlieng Outhakaysone also received Col. Voh Vanh Thong, on the occasion he was appointed as a Vietnamese New Military Attaché to Laos.
