DES of Oudomxay Province wishes OPMH

(LPAN) On January 3, 2019, Officials from Department of Education and Sport (DES) of Oudomxay Province led by its Director, Mr. Somdy Sylathod, brought some consumption objects and gifts to wish military officers and combatants at Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarters on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Lao People’s Army Founding Day (20/01/1949-20/01/2019). There they were warmly welcomed by Party-Command Committee, Commanding and Prominent Officers led by Military Chief Commander of Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarters, Brig. Gen. Chanhavone Xayaphong. This occasion Mr. Somdy Sylathod wished all military officers and combatants had had good health, happiness and success in their mission operation on safeguarding and constructing the locality so that all authorities and multi-ethnic people lived in peace and safety. This importantly contributed in facilitating local people to improve their life quality. Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. Chanthavone, Xayaphong expressed his profound tanks to officials of Education and Sport Department promising to pass this excellent news to all military personnel who actively stands by on duty in maintaining peace, security and orders in the locality.
