Youth sections of Logistic Office of XPMH review implementation of 4 breaks through goal

(LPAN) According to the military source, on April, 24, 2023, the youth section of Logistic Office of Xaysomboun Provincial Military Headquarters (XPMH) held a meeting to review the annual implementation of 4 break through goals movement. The meeting was presided by Head of Logistic Office, Col. Phetlangsy Phichit, and there were youth leaders and youth members around the logistic office taking place. Capt. Souli Chanthep, Secretary of Youth Union, briefly summarized the movement of youth members in all units focusing on 4 breaks through goal over last year saying: “Youth members of each unit had implemented 4 breaks through goal and satisfactorily achieved several missions in accordance with the setting goals of Youth Union Leadership, which comprehensively contributed in building the unit including politics, military and living condition improvement.” This occasion, Col. Phetlangsy Chanthep gave guidance to all youth members in each unit to keep on implementation of 4 breaks through goal to build up outstanding members as many as possible in order to be important force in fulfilling political missions assignment.
