9th Military Non-Commissioned conducts at VCMH

(LPAN) On October 5, 2024, Vientiane Capital Military Headquarters (VCMH) conducted 9th Military Non-Commissioned in academic year of 2024- 20125 to officers and combatants
The training and exercise focusing on political ideology, military tactics, logistics and technique and planning developing for its commanding officers. The training was presided by Brig. Gen. Sophavan Thamatheva, Political Chief Commander of VCMH.
Maj. Vanakhon Savaly, Vice Military Chief Commander of Local Military Non-Commissioned School of VCMH, had reported that the aims of training is to develop concept idea of the military personnel in the unit along with lifestyles as well as paying attention in relating activities to progressively build the strong units as many as possible.
On this occasion, Brig. Gen. Sophavan Thamatheva called for all levels of party-command committees to pay attention in guiding new recruits on political ideology to encourage them to cope with all difficulties and focus on learning to understand the party guidelines, policies, laws and regulations rules of the army. He also called for all trainees to pay attention in practical exercise to effectively and efficiently gain the accomplishment from the training.
